Anyone else obsessed with the tassel earring trend?! I loooooove the bright fun styles, but I hate the hole it burned in my wallet 🙁 lucky for all of us, I found a super easy way to DIY tassel earrings for less than $10 – for NINE FREAKING PAIRS. Can you believe it?! A little more than a dollar per pair of earrings!

Just watch my tutorial below to find out what to do!

Materials needed:

Tassels from Target, $4.99

Earring hooks from Michaels, $2.99

Pliers

Instructions:

  1. Remove the two paired tassels from packaging.
  2. Open the small gold circle on each tassel using pliers.
  3. Insert earring hook into the open circle.
  4. Close the gold circle with pliers.

I can’t believe the price on this! Thanks for this tutorial! I saw a pair of tassel earrings I really liked but the price was $75!!! Now I’m reading this and I’m like “phew, thank goodness I didn’t buy them”… Thanks for this! I’m making my own tassel earrings now 🙂
