Preparing for the 2019 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, known as the Nordstrom Sale or the N Sale, is coming up next month. This sale is well-known and well-loved because of its unique premise.

Other retailers hold sales to mark down items that are from older seasons, not selling well, etc. to make room for new product. What makes the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale so special is that it’s BRAND-NEW FALL ITEMS coming to retail ON SALE. That’s right – Nordstrom releases fall items AT A DISCOUNT – and if you don’t snag them during the sale, you will be left paying full price all of fall and winter.

Nordstrom items are generally high-quality and last many years, which is why I save up for this sale and get a lot of items from it. I do the majority of my fall and winter shopping in July, LOL! When the prices are this good, you have to, though. I would much rather pay 30% less on the items now than wait until it’s actually the right temperature to wear sweaters, coats, boots, etc. and pay full-price.

The thing about the sale is, when an item sells out, IT SELLS OUT. No restocks until the sale is over and the item is back up to full price. If you want to ensure you get the items you want, you need to act quickly to save that $!

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale officially starts on July 19 BUTTTT I have a way you can get in a week early on the 12. Nordstrom card holders get early access to the sale, beginning at 12:30 PM on July 12, a full week before the public! Signing up is free and easy – I did it the week before the Nordstrom Sale last year to get early access and it was worth it. Click here to sign up and get in a week early!!!

I will be posting coverage of the sale and my “pick items” on my blog, my YouTube channel where I will do some try ons for you, and my Instagram. Please let me know what you will be shopping for so I can try to keep you in mind as I am taking photos and videos!

I will also be sharing a post featuring my favorite Nordstrom brands to get you better acquainted with them prior to the sale. Yes, Nordstrom carries some of my favorites like Free People, Steve Madden, Drybar and more, but they also have their own brands!

Can’t wait for N-Sale Round 3 together 🙂
