2025 Nordstrom Sale Picks
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is back, and that means everyone will be telling you to “run, don’t walk” for certain items. My personal take is that the Nordstrom Sale offers an opportunity to save on brand-new items that are just coming out for the season, but it is only worth shopping when it makes sense. For example: if you need a new carry on suitcase, why not save $70 and buy the Beis carry on during the sale versus paying full price elsewhere? I rounded up the 25 items that I think give you the most bang for your buck, and are worth buying if you have the need for a new pair of sneakers or a new fall coat. Shoes
As always, I think the opportunities for big savings really come with the shoes. It’s no surprise that nearly half of my 25 picks are all shoes. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of cute Adidas sneakers in the sale this year, as well as new UGG styles and even some comfy cute Naturalizer work loafers. My favorite Asics Kayano 31s are even in the sale in a few colorways should you need some sneakers for your hot girl walks. A big call out: the Steve Madden Riggs boot (the best real leather dupe for the $500 Frye Campus boots) are included in the sale, marked down to $129 instead of $199. Just be mindful of the calf width!

Apparel
I think one’s opinion of the clothing items in this year’s sale ultimately comes down to budget and personal style. There are some good quality work pieces that for me, a WFHer, make no sense to buy or recommend. I am a fan of the Free People products included, in particular knits and a sweat jumpsuit perfect for travel days. I also love some of the less expensive (comparatively) fall coats that could become a wardrobe staple. There are hundreds of clothing items in the sale, yes, but these seven are the ones I’m eyeing.

Beauty & Accessories
Honestly, I do not think the savings is that significant in the beauty department. Tools have better deals than skincare or makeup products, but if your holy grail product is included at a discount, you may as well get if you’re running low. I have to shout out the Beis carry on roller, on sale for $199. I got mine in sage during the 2021 Nordstrom Sale and have been so pleased with it. It is a little larger than international airlines allow for carry ons but I have never had an issue on major US airlines with it (when I travel internationally I usually check a bag anyways!). My favorite belt is in a new burgundy red colorway in the sale, as well as my go-to curling iron, a cute trendy bag, and a red light mask my friend swears by.
