I love the fact that I can blog, consult with brands for social media strategy, and create my own items to sell on Etsy every single day! I am lucky to be able to use my creativity in my career. However, there are times when I’m at a standstill. Referred to as “writer’s block” when channeling creativity into written work, this feeling is very familiar to me, and to anyone who’s ever had to focus long and hard on something requiring higher-level thinking.

When I am feeling stuck in a rut and need to get my mind back on track, the strategy I use to get my creative juices flowing again is just getting active and visiting 7-Eleven! They sell LIFEWTR, which features the most creative, artist-designed bottles.

How I Get My Creative Juices Flowing

1: Take a step back. I will not accomplish anything by pushing myself over the edge. I look forward to well-deserved breaks.

2: Get active. I will go work out, run or do yoga to re-center myself and take my mind off the project at hand. Thanks to my activity, I am rejuvenated with energy and find inspiration.

3: Hit reset. I stretch out and take time to reflect on the day. I can walk into my local 7-Eleven to grab a LIFEWTR and cool down. It’s purified and pH-balanced, with electrolytes for taste, and it’s designed for people like me who find creativity and inspiration in our everyday lives. I mentally decide to hit “reset” after my break and channel my newfound energy into making something amazing out of all the projects on my plate.

4: Get back to work. Now that I am mentally prepared and ready to spread my creativity once again, I buckle down and finish the project with my reset focus.
Following these simple steps with the help of 7-Eleven and LIFEWTR, you’re sure to get your creativity back in no time!
