Mad for Plaid

It’s crazy that fall will be here soooo soon! One of my favorite parts of prepping for a new season is identifying key colors, patterns, or trends that will be big, so I have an eye out when I see things at stores or sales online. Of course, I have to share these with yall so you can know, too! First up, we are talking about PLAID.

It is a traditional print that we typically associate with preppy school girls and Christmas wrapping paper. However, this fall, I predict that plaid will make a trendy statement with more muted colors, smaller checks and use in unique pieces.

I have already begun seeing plaid overalls, bags, shoes… anything and everything that we wouldn’t normally think of for the print! I personally think that plaid hats and bags will be all the rage… which is why I had to include some in my roundup 😉
