Spring Work Wear

One of the biggest requests I have gotten in recent months was for a quarterly work wear roundup. I feel ya – finding cute work clothes is super hard! Since everyone is all excited for spring after Easter, I figured today would be a good day to kick this off: Here is my spring work wear roundup!

One easy way to bring spring into your work attire is by choosing lightweight fabrics. Instead of wearing a velvet blazer, try finding a linen or seersucker option instead!

I also would suggest finding pastel colored statement pieces, like this tweed LOFT skirt. It’s appropriate work length (in some photos, I was walking up a steep hill so it looks a little shorter than it is) and brings in blues, pinks, purples and greens.

If your office allows open toed shoes (my old one did!) you can also get into the mule trend that is super big this year. Lots have a business appropriate heel that can double as shoes for weekends! These Target mules come in black and white, and have taken me into meetings and into happy hours alike.
