A new month means a new IIH$1K!!! I love this series as it lets me window shop, while giving you a glimpse at what I myself want to add to my closet (and what I wish I could be wearing in some instas for you!) Alas, my budget is tight as I prep for NYFW and some other travels, so for now, this will be the only place you see these items

Noticeable trends this month that I would love to buy into:

• embellishments on EVERYTHING
• pattern mixing
• statement jewelry
• fall colors

August is the in-between month. Target has out pumpkins… but it’s still 90 degrees. Should we be partying it up in summer… or preparing for fall?? My answer: both. I think getting transitional pieces in August is the smartest thing you can do. Buy things you can wear now, but also wear fully into fall.
