Happy fall, y’all!!! For the majority of us, it doesn’t quite feel like fall yet Chicago teased me with one day of sweater weather and BOOM, back to 80°. I’ve had to get creative with fall outfits that still can work with these higher temps.

I LOVE burgundy and it’s always exciting to break out that deep wine color when fall comes around.

A way to keep your look balanced between the season and the weather is to introduce burgundy into otherwise neutral outfits. I styled a burgundy cardigan with a beige bodysuit and hat to keep the depth of the red in check and not overpower my outfit (We have to wait a little longer into fall for red takeover!) I threw some comfy jeans and killer booties on to complete the outfit, adding a burgundy lippie to tie the cardigan in!
