New Year, Newsboy Hat

One of my favorite new trends of 2018 is the newsboy hat! It’s simple yet a statement piece with any outfit.
I recently picked up some cheap newsboy hats for NYFW next month. One was cheetah print and one seen in this post is black (though it also comes in olive).
It’s awful windy in Chicago this time of year, so I love how this hat keeps down my flyaways and makes my hair look semi-normal.
I paired this black newsboy hat with an everyday outfit to add a little something. I wanted to stay comfy yet cute with this flannel layered under a cardigan. My trusty jeans, black booties and black hobo bag finished out this comfy OOTD!
