Exploring Chicago with Chase Freedom Unlimited

This post is sponsored by Chase Freedom Unlimited. As always, all opinions are 100% my own. Thank you for supporting brands that make Sophisticaition possible!

This summer marks my third year of living in Chicago. In college, everyone’s dream was to head up I-65 and call this city home. I’m lucky enough to have that dream turned into a reality. Chicago is a vast, diverse city, where there’s always something to do or see. As the third-largest in the country, there are a lot of interesting people here.

When Chase Freedom Unlimited reached out to me about their Always Earning campaign, they asked me to think of a goal that I wanted to accomplish. Within a few days, I realized the thing I most wanted was not to scale up my freelancing business or get myself into the gym, I wanted to explore this city of mine.

You see, even though I’ve lived here for years, I’ve lived in the same one-mile radius. I love my little neighborhood, but it’s just that, MY neighborhood. I want to see more of what makes Chicago, Chicago. I want to find new favorite restaurants and ways to spend a rainy day. I want to get outside my comfort zone and soak in all Chicago has to offer.

I’m so excited to be teaming up with Chase Freedom Unlimited to share my Always Earning journey as I discover more of this city I love so dearly. I’ll be using my new credit card to help me purchase items and experiences along the way, all while earning 1.5% cash back on every purchase. Maybe I’ll be hitting up summer concerts in Chicago, or maybe I’ll take in a baseball game at Wrigley Field against my Cardinals. No matter what I’m doing, my cash back credit card will be with me!

Chase sent me the coolest toolbox to help me with my goal. The two baseballs definitely make me want to check out Wrigley, and having the candle reminds me that Chicago is home, even if it’s a brand-new neighborhood to me! I’ll be planning out my Chi-town adventures in this notebook – where do you think I should explore? Let me know!
