2020-2021 Erin Condren LifePlanner

This post is sponsored by Erin Condren. As always, all opinions are 100% my own. Thank you for supporting brands that make Sophisticaition possible!

Before I dive into this post, I want you to know that it was written before I learned of Erin Condren’s inexcusable and selfish actions exploiting the Black Lives Matter movement. I was shocked and angered. I have listened to a Town Hall the brand put on for its affiliates and influencers, as well as this video posted on Instagram by the CEO. After hearing their actionable steps going forward, I believe long-lasting changes are happening within the brand. I will continue to hold the brand, as well as every brand I work with, accountable for not only diversity and inclusivity, but for doing the right thing.

This year has been anything but predictable. Lots of my plans for my business and my life in general have been changed, delayed, or put on indefinite hold. I’m living in my mom’s house, 350 miles from the city I have called home for four years. Something that’s helping me try to find some sense of normal even in these crazy times has been following a routine and planning out my days.

Who knows when things will truly be back to normal… but through organizing my days, carving out time to work on projects, and scheduling in “me time,” I feel a lot better. I’ve used an Erin Condren planner since I was in college and continue to use them year after year. I’m so excited about the new 2020/2021 Erin Condren LifePlanner!

The new LifePlanner is an updated version of the planner that’s been loved for 13 years! This weekly planner features two-page weekly calendar views for 12 or 18 months. What makes the Erin Condren LifePlanner so unique is its ability to be customized. The covers can be customized to be any color you’d like… you can select a colorful or neutral theme for the planner itself… and you can even choose the weekly layout!

For this year’s planner, I chose a gold coil, a neutral palette for the interior planner pages, and an hourly schedule.

The hourly schedule allows me to visualize the time blocking I do throughout the day, as well as see where there are open windows for a call with a friend, going on a walk with Sadie, or sitting down and reading a book. There are also vertical and horizontal layouts if those fit better with you and your planning style.

There are other fun things that come with your planner, like sticker sheets to help mark birthdays, holidays or fun events, and a datebook tucked into a back pocket to make sure you never miss anyone’s birthday or anniversary.

There are also multiple accessories you can buy to enhance your LifePlanner experience. I personally LOVE the pens. They are dual-tipped which allows me to neatly write in important dates or notes, but also have more fun doodling with the larger tip. This year, I also got this cute gray pouch to hold pens, pencils, markers, etc.

I am so excited about my new Erin Condren LifePlanner!! I love the cover I chose this year, and it matches my office so well with its pastel pinks and blues with the grays. There are soooo many other cute covers I am eyeing though… and since the covers snap in and out, I may have to get one of the new tie dye ones for summer!!
