Ultimate Loungewear Roundup

With most everyone I know WFH until further notice, I decided it was time to share all my favorite loungewear pieces!! Joggers, sweat shirts, comfy tees, fabric shorts, sets: you name it, it’s in here in the Ultimate Loungewear Roundup.

I have included all the items at the end of the post, but am going to share the loungewear pieces I own and LOVE before then to give you more deets on sizing, quality, etc.

Our healthcare workers, including my mom, are still out in the field working to keep us safe – please remember to help them out by staying home, following WHO/CDC guidelines, and supporting them. A big thank you to all of you, and anyone else who is considered “essential” during this crazy time.

I hope this loungewear roundup helps you find items to help you feel cute and comfy while staying safe at home 🙂 more at-home content coming your way soon!!

Target Tie Dye Set

This tie dye sweatshirt set happened to be freshly stocked when I visited Target with my mom a few weeks ago. I was sooooo excited!! I got a S in the joggers and a M in the cropped sweatshirt. Let me assure you that this crop is the perfect length – no midriff of mine shows, and it’s flattering. There are also shorts you can get that match. Very springy, very comfy, very affordable. They keep going in and out of stock on Target’s website, so I recommend you sign up for the restock alerts to be the first to know when your size is back.

Target Striped Set

I have had this set since fall and it is soooo comfy! It’s a knit material, not a fleece or sweatshirt fabric. I got the mint stripe in S for the bottom and the top. There is now a short option instead of the long pants and way more colors. I wear this as PJs a lot in addition to around the house!!

Aerie Oversized Boyfriend Tee

These are great. Dress them up, dress them down. They cover your butt in leggings!! Big selling point for me. I have a white and a light blue. Both are size S. They’re slightly distressed (barely on the neckline) and oversized. I have worn mine with leggings, jeans, bike shorts, knotted with a maxi skirt… the options are endless. A great wardrobe staple!

Aerie Tank Bralette

I recently picked this up to meet the $50 free shipping requirement when it was on sale for $12. I got a size M. Let me just tell you… I will definitely purchase another. It’s so comfortable!! Definitely not “workout quality” support if you are bigger chested like I am, but it’s perfect for just day-to-day. Long enough to be worn with high-waisted shorts/skirt/pants, too!!

Aerie Corded Sweatshirt

My sister and I both recently bought this because we had donated basically all of our old shrunken sweatshirts in past months. As with most Aerie products I own, this one says it covers your butt in leggings on the website. So, we placed an order. I am pleasantly surprised by how much I am enjoying a simple sweatshirt, but it is nice to feel a bit more “oversized” and cozy compared to my 2012 Gildan size S sweatshirts. I did order a size S in this Aerie one but it’s still roomy.

Aerie Bike Shorts

Not gonna lie to y’all, it took me a minute to get on the bike short trend. But… I am here. I understand why everyone loves them. Have I worn them cycling? No. Have I worn them running errands (pre-quarantine), watching Netflix, and doing yoga online?? Yes. They’re LEGIT. They are the comfiness of leggings with the convenience of shorts… to which you’re probably like, that’s the whole point. Dear reader, I am ashamed to admit that it took me a while to process. Don’t make my mistake. I have the Real Me Wrap Shorts in a S and will likely get more colors.

Daisy Street Cropped Sweatshirt

This one is on sale right now and I had to get it because we grew up going to Perdido Key every year for family spring break. I have a size US 8, and debated between 6/8 but ultimately wanted a bit more room / length since it’s cropped. I suggest using their fit finder tool, especially if you have a bigger chest. Daisy Street at ASOS is like a cheaper Brandy Melville but also has some edgier and girlier pieces, and a lot of their stuff is on sale right now, so take a peep! (tons more below)

Naadam Cotton Cashmere Set

I discovered Naadam last fall through my friend, and they are not your grandmother’s cashmere!!! They just introduced these cotton cashmere sets which are SO ridiculously comfy. These are definitely a bit more of an investment but they will last you forever (insider tip: join their mailing list to get 10% off). I got a S in both my crewneck sweatshirt and joggers!

Free People Tie Dye Set

I just got this in and I LOOOOOOOVE. It’s a tie dye sweatshirt with matching shorts. I got a size S as FP usually runs a bit big.

Abercrombie Sherpa Pullover

This is an oldie but a goodie – and if you buy now when it’s technically “off season” you can save big!! This is sooo comfy and comes in many colors. I got a M in this for some extra room, so size up one if you want a bit more space and to be able to layer in fall/winter, or order your true size if you want it to be more form fitting.

Abercrombie Tie Front Henley

I got this at this exact time last year for $14… and it was restocked at $50 in August!!! Just like the pullover, you can save money by getting this “long sleeve off season” item now. I got a S and it fits great, didn’t shrink too much after wash.
